Mount Merino Manor is one of the original Hudson Valley estates that has been privately owned and well preserved since it was built by Frederick Church’s friend and physician in the 1870’s.
Rita and Patrick Birmingham have brought a unique lodging experience to Upstate New York and the Hudson area; the warmth, attention to details and personal service that is so much a part of a bed & breakfast stay and the privacy and luxury amenities of a small boutique hotel.
A full gourmet country breakfast is included and served in the light-filled dining room and the cozy parlor has movies, books and games. The wrap around front porch seems to go on forever and is a wonderful spot to watch the sunset and forget about everyday life.
